Privacy Policy
Summary: AppBlockr stores all your data locally on your device. Only for AI verification of task photos is an image briefly transmitted to Anthropic and immediately deleted afterwards. We do not sell data and do not track you.

2. Principles of Data Processing
We process personal data only where permitted by law or with your consent. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract performance), and (f) (legitimate interest).
3. What Data We Process
3.1 Locally on Your Device (No Server)
- Configured tasks and time periods
- Blocked app list and settings
- Usage statistics of blocked apps
- Task completion history
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
3.2 AI Image Verification (Temporary Transmission)
When you take a photo as proof of task completion, this image is transmitted once to the Anthropic API for verification. The photo is immediately deleted after analysis and is not stored permanently.

- Storage: No permanent storage – real-time processing only
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR for the third-country transfer
- Third-country transfer: Anthropic is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF): anthropic.com/privacy
3.3 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not receive payment data.
3.4 Crash Reports (Optional)
Anonymized technical error data only. No personal data included.
4. Data Deletion
Data Deletion: All app data is stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app permanently and completely deletes all your data. Photos submitted for AI verification are not stored by AppBlockr and are immediately deleted after processing. For any data deletion requests, contact us at: info@appblockr.com
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or use your data for advertising purposes. Sharing only occurs to the extent required by law.
6. Data Security
All transmissions to the Anthropic API are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Local app data is protected by your operating system's security mechanisms.
7. Retention Period
Local data remains on your device until uninstallation or manual deletion. Photos transmitted to Anthropic are deleted immediately after processing.
